Let's Talk!
Beya, originally hailing from the picturesque shores of Hawaii, found her melodic calling at a tender age, inspired by the harmonious legacy of her mother and 92-year-old great-grandmother. Her musical journey began with learning how to play the piano at the age of 10, and at 16, she expanded her sonic repertoire by picking up the guitar and tediously practicing as she traveled the world, taking a beater guitar with her everywhere she went.

Rooted deeply in her diverse upbringing between the islands and mountains of  California, and enriched by her global escapades, Beya's musical tapestry weaves together a vibrant fusion of genres, spanning from the sun-kissed melodies of pop to the rhythmic cadences of world music, with detours into the soulful realms of neo-soul and hip-hop. She finds solace and inspiration in the poetic lyricism of luminaries like Jack Johnson while drawing profound vocal influence from the soul-stirring legacies of Amy Winehouse and Etta James, shaping her distinctive sonic imprint.

Though Beya has graced stages since the age of 12, she is just now embarking on a new artistic chapter to release original music for the first time, driven by a fervent resolve to celebrate her uniqueness and approach life with a playful spirit, free from the shackles of fearful thinking.
