Tim Myers Releases Up-Beat New Single, “Mother”

American Idol-Winner, Phillip Phillips Co-Writes And Contributes Vocals In New Track

Los Angeles, CA – Artist, songwriter and producer Tim Myers teamed up with American Idol winner Phillip Phillips for his newly released song, “Mother,” the second single from his upcoming album, Portraits, due out next year. The track is a heartwarming hymn surrounded by complex instrumentals and inviting sonic synths. Myers effortlessly fills the air with praise and happiness, leaving one feeling thankful for their loved ones. “Mother” is available for download and streaming on digital music platforms worldwide.

Produced by Grammy winner, Dave Audé (Selena Gomez, Bruno Mars, OneRepublic), “Mother” invites listeners into Myers’ sincere soul to celebrate and embrace life and family. The luminous, emotional pop creation features Phillip Phillips as a co-writer and backup vocalist. “I wrote this song with Phillip Phillips. We’ve written together in person, but with this song we wrote it, believe it or not, over Skype! My upcoming album is called Portraits and each song is about different people in my life. Phillip thought of the idea about writing about ‘mothers,’” Myers explains. “Mother” is the follow up to his joyous and undeniably catchy release, “Lover My Love,” reaching #5 on Billboard’s Top Dance Charts.  Myers successfully illustrates his emotions and creative inspirations through his lyrics, leaving listeners wanting to know more. “Hopefully this song makes you want to go give your mom a big hug and get a heart tattoo with her name on it.”

Tim Myers’ work speaks for itself: as a founding member of the multi-platinum group OneRepublic, he co-wrote multiple songs on the band’s first two albums, including the number one hit “Stop and Stare.” As a songwriter, producer and artist, his career has included hits with Capital Cities, Five For Fighting, Hailee Steinfeld, Kesha and many others. His music has been highlighted in multiple feature films and trailers, and orchestrated commercial campaigns for such brands as Apple, Pepsi, Coke, Toyota and Target, as well as top television shows and promos across major networks.

“Mother” is an extraordinary song with sentimental motives. “My wife is a mother to our two kids, and with my personal experiences with my own mom and Phillips’ mom, it felt like an easy one to write and feel a real connection.” Download or stream “Mother” on any digital music platforms and learn more about Tim Myers by visiting TimMyersOfficial.com.

Simon XO Makes His Debut With Exhilarating Double-Single Release

Los Angeles Artist Brings New Flavor To Electro-Pop

Los Angeles, CA – Electro-pop artist, Simon XO, is kicking off his solo career with two electrifying singles, “Waiting For Me To Break” / “How Do I Fight It.” The double singles fit perfectly into today’s mainstream sound, while also bringing enticing elements into the electro-pop scene. Combining synths, tape-loops, electric guitars and more, both singles set him apart from the crowd and are available for download and streaming on digital music outlets worldwide.

“How Do I Fight It,” contains unique synths, a powerful drum beat, and a catchy chorus that present a perfect platform for Simon XO’s clean vocal tone and incredible range. “This song speaks to the two sides of me that are constantly bickering,” Simon XO explains. “I think it’s easy to stereotype a depressed person and an overly-optimistic person as opposites, but I don’t think most people are one or the other.” The other single, “Waiting For Me To Break,” demonstrates Simon XO’s multi-instrumentalist side and his ear for pop production. “I wrote this song while I was going through a break up with a girl that lived two doors down from me in the same apartment building… no joke. I think this song embraces the hate side of the love/hate swings after a long relationship — when things get dug up, taken out of context and twisted around.”

Originally from San Diego, Simon XO started playing trombone at a young age. By thirteen, he was blasting it along to Neil Young, Led Zeppelin and Wilco albums. Realizing the dichotomy between his trombone playing and his desire to be a mainstream artist, Simon XO enrolled in USC’s Thornton School of Music to hone his craft. Since then, the producer and multi-instrumentalist has created his own version of electro-pop by combining explorative production elements. “Waiting For Me To Break” / “How Do I Fight It” marks his first solo release after years of bouncing around in different bands. With influences ranging from Neil Young to Kendrick Lamar, Simon XO is ready to make his impression on the music industry.

Stream or download “Waiting For Me To Break” / “How Do I Fight” on digital music platforms everywhere now. Keep up with Simon XO by going to Facebook.com/SimonXOMusic and stay tuned for his EP, Covering, set to drop in mid-2018.

Electro-Pop Artist Sonali Returns With Her Hot New Track “Forever”

After A Two-Year Hiatus Battling Lyme Disease, She Is Back With A Bang!

New York, NY– Electro-pop artist, Sonali, released her lively single, “Forever,” showcasing her fearless transition from guitar acoustics to the stimulating pulses of synths and drum machines. After a crucial two-year interval, Sonali has made the return we’ve all been waiting for, gracing us with her upbeat music and angelic vocals.

Sonali has taken the fundamental step towards reestablishing herself to the world after she was forced to distance herself two years ago due to her diagnoses with Chronic Lyme Disease. Instead of giving up, she took full advantage of her unexpected break and began exploring new and exciting ways to reinvent her already sensational career and sound. Soon surpassing the hurdles placed along her journey to fame and success, Sonali recorded her follow-up single, “Forever,” with producers Eren Cannata (Cody Simpson) and Carter Matschullat. Her new anthem was creatively blended with the pop/folk sound of her previous works, with contemporary influences of the electronic sounds she has grown to love. “Forever,” is a flirtatious and energetic approach to the relatable feeling of adoration that will have listeners cheerfully dancing and singing the night away. “‘Forever’ is a little bittersweet in my opinion, because it’s kind of a race against time. It’s a song about being vulnerable and allowing yourself to get carried away in the most magical and perfect moment with someone, even if that moment might be fleeting,” Sonali explained.

Studying and making music since she was a young girl, Sonali invested herself into the music world completely when she was invited to attend the prestigious Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at New York University’s Tisch School of Arts in 2012. There, she had the opportunity to work closely with GRAMMY award-winning professors and music industry veterans such as Questlove, Bob Power (D’Angelo, A Tribe Called Quest), Nick Sansano (Sonic Youth, Public Enemy), and Amund Björklund (Train). Within years, Sonali presented a progressive mix of radiant songs paired with her powerful and promising vocal authority on her debut EP, Wake Up. The EP served as the introduction to her as a performer and songwriter whose proficiency of pop songcraft reached far beyond any chronological age. The strength of these tracks earned her recognition as one of the Top 20 Prospects of 2014 by Music Connection Magazine, as well as a Huffington Post feature for her politically charged “Who We Are” music video.

Sonali proves that she is ready to reintroduce herself to the world of music with her fierce new single “Forever.” It satisfies one’s cravings for sweet fluent sounds juxtaposed by an invigorating and fierce soundscape that will have listeners on their feet all night! “Forever” is now available for streaming and download on your favorite music platform services. Veronica Bianqui Refuses To Play “Victim” In New Release

Garage-Pop Artist Donates Profits from Latest Single to Charity

Los Angeles, CA – Garage-pop singer Veronica Bianqui has released the compelling single “Victim”, a liberating anthem about coming to terms with and breaking free from co-dependent, self-destructive behaviors that so many of us experience on a daily basis. With the growing opioid epidemic in the US and the recent untimely death of Bianqui’s sister at the age of 35, who struggled with drug addiction for years, the message means even more now than when she wrote it four years ago. “Victim” is now available on all digital music outlets worldwide.

Produced in collaboration with Matt Adams (of The Blank Tapes), “Victim” demonstrates Bianqui’s energetic bridge between psych, garage and classic soul music. Her dynamic vocals are paired with a 60’s-inspired guitar riff creating a catchy, modern anthem. Bianqui’s headstrong lyrics explore the struggle to break free from the emotional and psychological traps we impose on ourselves. “I wrote this song when I started discovering how being emotionally co-dependent has negatively affected my life by creating a pattern of self-victimization,” reflects Bianqui. Now, with the death of her sister, the song takes on a deeper, more direct meaning for Bianqui.  “Now, to me, it represents the hope for addicts to escape from their cycle of addiction.  I hope it serves as inspiration for addicts and their loved ones around the world that you can put your foot down and change—that you don’t have to be a victim, like my sister—and so many millions of others—unfortunately have been.” All proceeds from “Victim” will be donated to the Harm Reduction Coalition. HRC is a non-profit organization that advocates for the health and dignity of drugs users and advances harm reduction policies, practices, and programs that help people address the adverse effects of drug use including overdose, HIV, Hepatitis C, addiction and incarceration.

The Los Angeles-based artist grew up immersed in the world of music and theatre. Surrounded by a multitude of genres, Bianqui began songwriting at a young age and had a guitar in her hands by the age of fourteen. She found much inspiration from The Beatles, Amy Winehouse, and 60’s mod/psychedelic culture, which is evident in her artistic work. Bianqui quickly made a name for herself as a member of The Blank Tapes , touring across the U.S. and Europe. Her residency at Hollywood’s Harvard & Stone is noted as the most attended residency in the venue’s history. Bianqui continues to impress major press outlets, rightfully earning Pick-Of-The-Week in LA Weekly and One-To-Watch onBuzzbands.LA.

SLEEPLUST Hope to Find A Way Into Your Heart With “Over”

Los Angeles, CA – Indie-electro band, SLEEPLUST, released their latest single “Over,” an honest and heart-wrenching electronic ballad that explores the deep feelings caused by a failed relationship. It tells a vulnerable story of someone who comes to terms with being unable to pretend they are happy, when in reality they are still broken. Following up the success of their self-titled and Remixes EPs, “Over” is the first single off their forthcoming EP, and is now available for download and streaming worldwide.

Composed of honest and vulnerable lyrics over moody electronics and rhapsodic drums, “Over” holds a message that is easily relatable. Keeping their heart on their sleeves, the band sings lines like, “I hate that I can still feel you even miles apart, don’t tell me it’s over, I’ve got nothing left.” Vocalist Amber Ruthe explains that a very similar personal experience was the inspiration behind the single. “I’m basically saying that I don’t care if I open up old wounds and tear down this facade of how everything is okay when it’s actually not and no one is healing by ignoring what happened.” Since the subject hits so close to home for the band, recording the single was more intense than expected. Lead guitarist, Mike Pepe explains, “To me, it felt like we had to serve the song correctly, both sonically and lyrically, in ways that had not been approached before.” “Over” is an ode to embracing your feelings and not being afraid to share those with others.

SLEEPLUST is the creative collaboration of twin brothers, guitarist Michael Pepe and bassist Joseph Pepe, vocalist Amber Ruthe and drummer Sarah Luffred. Around the same time in 2015, the four members moved to Los Angeles to pursue music full time and would cross paths many times before coming together. The band’s music is a distinctive mixture of sounds as diverse as their backgrounds. Michael and Joseph, originally from Charlotte, NC, come from a rock and electronic background, while Sarah, hailing from Cleveland, OH, was deeply involved with hip-hop prior to the band. Amber, from Milwaukee, WI has origins in the electronic and post-punk worlds. With such diversity comes a unique approach to songwriting and with the result being honest music that they hope will strike a chord with their fans and listeners. With over one millions streams and a handful of television syncs behind them so far, this new single is the beginning of the band’s next chapter as they prepare their forthcoming album for Summer 2017.

SLEEPLUST aims to connect with listeners on deep levels with truthful storytelling lyrics. “Over” is a brutally honest song with a strong message that is easy to relate to. Be sure to download and stream “Over”, and check out more of the band’s adventures at sleeplustmusic.com.
